We are seeking a part time Data Specialist to support our Marketing team and campaign management program.
This individual will work directly with the Marketing Specialist to manage and launch our direct marketing programs and assist with processes such as campaign schedules, data scrubbing and billings.
Monthly coordination of data associated with our ongoing direct marketing campaigns.
Scrubbing data for errors, data omission and duplications.
Comparing and consolidating lists for participants and recipients.
Working with internal contacts and external suppliers for NCOA mail verification.
Owner billing and project tracking as related to above campaigns and programs.

Interested candidates must be extremely detail oriented, organized and process driven. They must have the ability to multi-task and manage data sets for multiple projects at a time while maintain superior project tracking and reporting.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Word. The ability and desire to learn and understand proprietary software as it relates to the daily job functions of this position.
This position includes 20 hours per week with a set schedule agreed upon between employee and manager.
