Under general supervision and working as part of the Crisis Stabilization Unit, performs intake referrals, admissions, diagnostic assessments and discharge planning to individuals who present in need of mental health services. Provides crisis intervention services to adults who present in a mental health crisis. Makes treatment recommendations, and develops, completes and monitors individualized service plans (ISPs). Completes and maintains service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

License in Social work (LSW) or counseling (PC) required.

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field, with a minimum of one year professionally supervised work in the delivery of mental health, chemical dependency and/or social services.

Must have a valid drivers license with access to a vehicle

Schedule: Saturday and Sundays 4:00pm-12:30am
