Seeking a Vice President of Omni-Channel Digital Commerce Applications for a leading brand in South West Florida. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of websites and digital commerce applications across multiple platforms and multiple geographies.
Position will drive the development of detailed technical design and architectural framework components for eCommerce systems with a heavy emphasis on mobile first and best in class digital experiences.
This role requires a high level of knowledge and experience designing, developing and supporting highly complex mission critical systems using eCommerce and omnichannel technologies that meet established organizational objectives.
Accountable for the overall architecture and design of .com and Omni-Channel retailing.
At least 10+ years of proven track record performing business and solution analysis and design for enterprise applications.
At least 5 years of Retail eCommerce experience using best in class commerce application (ATG, IBM WebSphere, Demandware, Hybris, etc).
At least 3 years of mobility experience, including mobile web (adaptive, responsive), mobile app (native, hybrid) and web API's.
At least 3 years of Omni-Channel retailing experience.
Highly knowledgeable in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
Lead and implemented a commerce re-platform initiative start to finish.
Lead high performance teams ranging in size from (10-50) with a mix of fulltime, onshore, and offshore resources.
Familiarity with Endeca search engine, CMS and PIM principles.
Highly knowledgeable in Front End web development standards with heavy emphasis continuous website performance tuning and optimization.
